Ingredients
- 12 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 green onions, chopped (white parts only)
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 ounces smoked salmon or lox
- 1 tablespoon dill weed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- assorted crackers
Directions
- Place the first 10 ingredients in a food processor; cover and process until smooth. Refrigerate, covered, until serving. Serve with crackers.
