Shake and Bake Pork Chops

Made in just 30 minutes, these shake-and-bake pork chops are the perfect weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 bone-in pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. In a shallow dish, mix the first 8 ingredients. Brush both sides of pork chops with oil. Place chops, 1 at a time, in dish and turn to coat.
  2. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake until a thermometer reads 145°, 15-20 minutes, turning once.
