Savannah Sunrise

Our Savannah sunrise cocktail recipe will make your brunch sparkle with beautiful layers of peach, tequila, bubbles and black currant liqueur.

Ingredients

  • ice cubes
  • 1-1/2 ounces blanco tequila
  • 3/4 ounce peach schnapps liqueur
  • 1-1/2 ounces orange juice
  • 1-1/2 ounces peach nectar or juice
  • 1/4 ounce creme de cassis
  • prosecco or dry sparkling wine, for topping
  • peach or orange slice, for garnish

Directions

  1. Fill a tall cocktail glass, such as a highball or a Collins glass, with ice cubes. Pour tequila, peach liqueur, orange juice and peach nectar or juice into the glass, in that order. Drizzle creme de cassis over a barspoon or down the side of the glass so it flows to the bottom. Top with a splash of prosecco or dry sparkling wine. Garnish with a peach or orange slice. Serve immediately.
