This ranch burger recipe will give your barbecue night a much-needed update, thanks to the magic of ranch dressing mix. These juicy ranch burgers taste great fresh off the grill, but you can make them on the stovetop too.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package (3.2 ounces) ranch salad dressing mix
- 4 slices cooked bacon strips, chopped
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 4 hamburger buns, split
- optional toppings: sliced american cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and condiments of choice
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ranch mix, bacon and Worcestershire; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into four 1/2-in.-thick patties.
- Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat until a thermometer reads 160°, 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve on hamburger buns with toppings as desired.
