Ingredients
- 1 can (15 ounces) canned pumpkin
- 1 package (13-1/4 ounces) spice cake mix
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together canned pumpkin and cake mix until combined. Fill 12 greased or foil-lined muffin cups three-fourths full; bake 5 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°; bake another 10 minutes or until muffins are set. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan; serve warm.
