Ingredients
- 8 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups buttermilk blend powder 1/2 cup sugar
- 8 teaspoons baking powder 4 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil additional ingredients for waffles:
- 3 eggs, separated
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients with a wire whisk. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
