Oven Barbecued Salmon

To grill or not to grill isn't really a question with this baked barbecue salmon recipe, which is sweet, smoky and quickly comes to life in the oven.

Ingredients

  • 5 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Place salmon in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan; drizzle with orange and lemon juices.
  2. In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over fillets. Bake 13-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
