These Honey Avocado Turkey Bacon Sandwiches are my daily lunch lately, so for anyone needing healthy lunch ideas, this is it! And the best part? It's really good!
Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado, chopped
- juice of one lemon
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons vegenaise
- pinch salt
- [flatout 5 grain flax flatbread]
- 2 slices turkey
- 1 slice of bacon, cooked
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cucumber, sliced
Directions
- Throw all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and no chunks remain.
- Spread a little of the dressing on the flatbread and pile it high with ingredients!
