Grilled Flounder

post-title

These grilled flounder filets first need to be marinated in olive oil, celery salt, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and smoked paprika for 30 minutes. Grilling gives them a light fresh flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 4 (2 ounce) flounder filets

Directions

  1. Whisk olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and celery salt together in a bowl. Pour into a resealable plastic bag.
  2. Add flounder filets, coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  4. Cook the flounder on the preheated grill until the filets flake easily with a fork, about 4 minutes per side.
