Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles, plus 1 tablespoon pickle brine from jar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Combine chicken, celery, pickles, pickle brine, mayonnaise, sugar, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and stir until well combined and evenly coated. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
