A custom blend of herbs and spices perfect for enhancing any fish dish. Adds depth, aroma, and just the right amount of heat — ideal for grilling, baking, or pan-searing.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried crushed rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper 2 teaspoons ground dried sage
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves 2 teaspoons dried marjoram leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Combine the basil, rosemary, parsley, sea salt, black pepper, sage, thyme, marjoram, oregano, celery salt, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl until evenly blended. Store in an airtight container.
