Ingredients
- 2-2/3 cups water
- 1-1/2 cups uncooked old-fashioned grits
- 1-1/2 cups 2% milk
- 3 tablespoons butter, cubed
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a greased 3-qt. slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low until liquid is absorbed and grits are tender, 2-1/2-3 hours, stirring every 45 minutes. Stir in cheeses until melted. Serve immediately.
