- 8 oz shiitakes 1 t olive oil 1 t tamari
- 1 t garlic,crushed
- 1 t rosemary,minced
- 1 salt & black pepper 1 t maple syrup
- 1 t sesame oil,otional
Directions
- Rinse mushrooms. Remove & discard stems. Toss mushrooms with remaining ingredients & marinate for 5 minutes. Grill caps over coals until lightly charred. Serve hot.
