These savory pork air-fryer sausage patties are quick to prepare on a moment's notice, but you can also mix a couple of batches and have them ready to go in your freezer. Just pop them the air fryer for about 10 minutes and breakfast is ready!
Ingredients
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/3 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- 1 pound sage bulk pork sausage
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°. In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Crumble sausage over mixture and mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 6 patties.
- Place patties in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until meat is no longer pink, 8-10 minutes, turning once.
