Air Fryer Salmon Patties

Cooking salmon patties in the air fryer guarantees crispy, golden brown cakes in less than 10 minutes. This recipe calls for just five ingredients (not counting salt and pepper).

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 5 saltines, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (14-3/4 ounces) salmon, drained, bones and skin removed
  • cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°. In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Crumble salmon over mixture and mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 6 patties.
  2. Arrange patties on greased tray in air-fryer basket; spritz with cooking spray. Cook until set and golden brown, 6-8 minutes.
