Air Fryer Radishes

If you’ve never tried cooked radishes, these air fryer radishes will surprise you! They’re tender, slightly sweet, and crispy—an easy, low-carb swap for roasted potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz radishes, ends trimmed and halved
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt, plus more for serving
  • ⅛ teaspoon crushed black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until combined.
  2. Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes, open the air fryer, stir the radishes, and cook for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with a little more salt, if desired and serve.
