Ingredients
- 16 oz radishes, ends trimmed and halved
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt, plus more for serving
- ⅛ teaspoon crushed black pepper
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
- 2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until combined.
- Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes, open the air fryer, stir the radishes, and cook for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with a little more salt, if desired and serve.
