This Southern meal brings together a tasty trio of beloved dishes from New Orleans.
Southern cooking is some of the most satisfying in the world, as you'll learn in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jerry. Sample goodness from ocean, farm and field, blended into three indulgent dishes to savor.
Start with a crawfish and corn bisque, made rich and flavorful with heavy cream and classic Southern seasoning. Then, cook up shrimp-stuffed catfish served with a savory crab sauce. And create an authentic French bread pudding warmly spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg for a perfect chef's kiss of a dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
