You're in for a Mexican treat in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Michelle. She's curated a menu that captures the truest spirit of regional dining in one of the world's best-loved cuisines.
First, create crispy, bite-sized tostadas filled with tender shrimp and creamy avocado. Then, assemble homemade enchiladas using your choice of chicken, beef or shrimp, flavored with a zesty green sauce and served with homemade rice and beans. Finish your class with a fresh Mexican twist on classic cheesecake using traditional sopapillas.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
