Slice, dice and roll your way to a gourmet Japanese meal centered around sushi.
Settle in for a cozy night to practice the art of classic sushi with a fancy twist as taught by Chef Justin in this hands-on cooking class. You'll prepare a fresh, flavorful menu rich with Japanese influences.
Start by marinating seaweed for salad with flavors of ginger, mirin and sesame with an optional bite from red peppers. For the main course, chop poached lobster and slice juicy, seared steak and roll together for a truly over-the-top sushi roll. You will also layer and roll spicy shrimp rolls before ending with sweet matcha ice cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

With mirin, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, sesame seeds, oil, cucumber and optional red pepper flakes

With lobster, seared beef, cucumber, rice, sesame seed, seaweed, vinegar, scallions and eel sauce
