In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn expert culinary tips and tricks to create authentic Southeast Asian street food cuisine as you take a culinary journey to Korea, China and the Philippines.
From appetizer to dessert, you'll handcraft four traditional dishes using fresh ingredients. Under Chef Chris' expert tutelage, you'll whip up dumplings filled with pork, crunchy Korean fried chicken, mushroom mapo tofu with Sichuan sauce, and a Japanese fish-shaped cake for dessert to end the class.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
