In this interactive cooking class with Chef Greg, he'll teach you all the techniques and secrets of authentic Italian cuisine that have been used for generations.
To begin, sauté shrimp with white wine, garlic, lemon and butter to spoon onto crusty bread. Then, Chef Greg will teach you how to wrap chicken in slices of prosciutto and velvety sage to be cooked in wine and butter, and grill steak the Italian way with the flavors of fresh herbs, garlic and lemon. For dessert, whip up a light custard with berries and biscotti.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
