In this hands-on cooking class, you'll discover a handful of mouthwatering plant-friendly dishes perfect for date night. These four recipes curated by Chef Megan will show off your culinary powers while creating delicious vegetable-based fare.
You'll begin with tomato-herb bruschetta and a classic strawberry and arugula salad. As you whip up these starters, Chef Megan will teach you knife skills and help you apply them throughout class. Next, make a Buddha bowl with farro and roasted vegetables drizzled with a garlicky green tahini sauce. For dessert, chocolate nut butter cups.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
