Prepare a scrumptious feast with Chef Bobby using one of northern Italy's finest ingredients: duck.

Few ingredients can rival the complex yet succulent flavors of duck, especially when prepared using traditional techniques from northern Italy. In this interactive class, Chef Bobby shows you two ways to prepare duck, along with several other Italian delicacies.

The class begins with a palate-cleansing arugula salad, then turns its focus to the main event: the duck. First, you'll craft an orecchiette with smoked duck confit before trying your hand at a delicately seared duck breast. For dessert, dig into a creamy zabaglione served with fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
