Step into the warm, fragrant world of North African cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. Led by a world-class Chef Nicholas, you’ll master traditional culinary techniques as you create four authentic dishes that celebrate Moroccan and Maghrebi cuisine.

Sharpen your knife skills with fresh herbs and vegetables for a bright sumac salad. Then, prepare golden ras el hanout–spiced chicken paired with fragrant lemon saffron rice, a comforting, colorful dish packed with bold flavors. For dessert, poach pears in rooibos tea served with honey-sweetened ricotta for a sophisticated finale. Perfect for beginners and seasoned home cooks.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
