Join us for a cooking class featuring modern Italian recipes.
This cooking class goes beyond the Italian standards with a menu featuring pork loin chops and salsa verde as a main course. You'll also make a citrus and fennel salad, and the Italian staple of from-scratch focaccia. Impress your guests with a zabaglione for dessert - a traditional custard made with Marsala wine and berries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person
