In this immersive cooking class, Chef Vinutha will provide expert guidance as you learn to create popular Indian dishes from scratch. You'll learn to balance complex spices and flavor profiles, and how to create savory, wholesome dishes without the inclusion of meat products.
Begin the class by folding and frying crispy, doughy samosas stuffed with a potato filling. Then, learn to cook traditional crispy poori flatbread in distinct-tasting anise oil and later pair it with rich and creamy kofta curry and deep-fried vegetable fritters. For dessert, make tapioca kheer.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
