Whip up a multi-course meal in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Justin will teach you the recipes and techniques to craft authentic Italian.
You'll begin by stuffing dates with rich goat cheese and wrapping them in a savory prosciutto for an appetizer. Then, make citrus-infused yellow and red beets, paired with Burrata cheese and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Make homemade pasta dough with ricotta, spinach and basil filling and pair it with a white wine cream sauce. Finish the meal with a decadent tiramisù for a sweet dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
