Learn to make fresh, seasonal Italian fare perfect for warm weather dining

In this hands-on cooking class, follow along with the chef to prepare a light yet satisfying menu packed with classic Italian flavors. Practice making handmade pasta dough paired with succulent shrimp and accented with bright tomatoes and fresh basil. For dessert, you'll learn to make creamy gelato for a luscious affogato, the perfect after-dinner treat.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
