Start by mastering homemade sushi rice, then choose two rolls to create: a refreshing vegetable roll with avocado and cucumber, a classic California roll with crabstick or a spicy ahi tuna roll. Capture the fun with photos, chat with classmates and leave with the skills to recreate your favorite sushi rolls at home.
