Then, build a creamy tomato-onion sauce for shahi paneer, learning how to balance spices and cook paneer without breaking it. You’ll also make cumin rice, practicing how to toast spices and steam rice evenly. Finish with Indian rice pudding (kheer), mastering low-heat cooking and flavoring with cardamom and saffron. Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your skills, this class makes each step approachable and clear.
