Forget the carry-out and make your own dumplings and dim sum in this hands-on cooking experience led by Chef Paige. Each folded dumpling is a work of art featuring fresh ingredients.

Begin by seasoning a savory pork filling before folding and pleating your dim sum dumplings to steam or pan-fry. Next up, a mixed filling of pork, shrimp and mushrooms makes a stunning potsticker that you will carefully brown and steam. Finally, Jiaozi dumplings, known to bring good luck, come together with a savory chicken and vegetable filling.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
