You’ll learn how to cook succulent pork chops, paired with salsa verde and served with focaccia and a citrus and fennel salad that is pure sunshine. Finally, you’ll end on a high with a Zabaglione, a rich custard dessert infused with Marsala wine.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
