Get ready to dive into an unforgettable, one-of-a-kind sushi-making experience with culinary extraordinaire Chef Pao.
In this hands-on class with Chef Pao, you will learn how to prepare several different types of sushi and more using fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional Japanese culinary techniques.
After beginning with Asian salad, Chef Pao will teach you everything you need to know in order to prepare handmade sushi like a pro, including sushi rice cooking, rolling techniques, knife skills and more. Then, you will try your hand at creating a salmon avocado roll, a California roll and a spicy tuna roll before ending with a fun Japanese dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
