Learn how to prepare an elegant Italian meal with a touch of Louisiana charm.

This hands-on cooking class highlights traditional Italian techniques from making fresh pasta and sauces to elevating seasonal vegetables.

With tips from Chef Ashley, you'll practice time-honored methods for rolling, filling and cutting handmade lobster ravioli. Roast tender broccolini to complement the dish. Then bring out the earthy, nutty flavors in a truffle butter sauce to give your pasta an elevated finish. For dessert, gather around the table for the chef’s Creole cream cheesecake served with seasonal berries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
