With tips from Chef Ashley, you'll practice time-honored methods for rolling, filling and cutting handmade lobster ravioli. Roast tender broccolini to complement the dish. Then bring out the earthy, nutty flavors in a truffle butter sauce to give your pasta an elevated finish. For dessert, gather around the table for the chef’s Creole cream cheesecake served with seasonal berries.
