Build your kitchen skills by mastering classics from a French bistro menu.

Be inspired at this cooking class dedicated to fine French haute cuisine made simple. Led by experienced Chef Christmas, you’ll master essential kitchen techniques including preparing meat and vegetables and balancing flavors.

In the session, you’ll create a menu of quintessential French fare, beginning with a simple salad of Romaine lettuce and walnuts. From there, you’ll create an archetypal coq au vin, slow-cooked to lock in flavor, before rounding things off with a versatile and delicious French apple tart. Book today!
