Class begins with Chef Dock teaching you how to make a unique antipasti medley, followed by a crisp Caesar salad with anchovies and Parmesan. Next, you'll learn how to prepare an elaborate seafood scampi with homemade pasta before your sweet sendoff — lemon mascarpone cheesecake.
