Join Chef Agnes for an immersive cooking class where you'll master the art of making pâte sucrée, the perfect sweet, buttery pastry dough for French tarts. This hands-on experience will teach you the techniques and skills needed to create a beautifully balanced French tart from start to finish.

Chef Agnes will guide you step-by-step through the process of creating the ideal pâte sucrée base, followed by crafting three delicious fillings: a smooth and rich pastry cream, a silky dark chocolate cream and a lightened, airy crème diplomat. Once you’ve perfected your fillings, you’ll learn how to assemble a stunning tart, balancing flavors and textures with fresh strawberries, raspberries and a final touch of chocolate cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
