Chef Agnes will guide you step-by-step through the process of creating the ideal pâte sucrée base, followed by crafting three delicious fillings: a smooth and rich pastry cream, a silky dark chocolate cream and a lightened, airy crème diplomat. Once you’ve perfected your fillings, you’ll learn how to assemble a stunning tart, balancing flavors and textures with fresh strawberries, raspberries and a final touch of chocolate cream.
