This hands-on cooking class highlights fresh regional ingredients using classic Italian techniques. Guided by your chef instructor, you’ll craft pasta by hand to pair with succulent shrimp and peak produce like juicy tomatoes and fresh-picked basil. Finish this light, yet satisfying meal with creamy affogato, a beloved after-dinner treat.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
