Join this cooking class, led by a gourmet chef, to learn traditional techniques for creating various recipes. You'll begin by learning how to make beer batter and fry authentic fish and chips. Next, prepare coleslaw with remoulade dressing for a refreshing side dish. You'll also bake sweet strawberry shortcakes and enjoy a lemonade and iced tea Arnold Palmer beverage.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
