Celebrate the flavors of France while learning new culinary techniques.
Take a trip to the gardens and shores of France in this fun and engaging cooking class. You'll join a gourmet chef who will share tips for searing scallops with capers, preparing a brown butter sauce, tossing an endive and radicchio salad and mixing a champagne vinaigrette. You'll also make bacon, thyme and gruyère gougères. Dessert is a classic crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
