Bring your grilling skills to the next level in this outdoor-focused cooking class. Using both charcoal and gas grills, you will participate in preparing your ingredients to cook over the open flame.

Start with a grilled Romaine salad topped with plenty of shaved Parmesan cheese, followed by Asian chicken barbecue skewers accompanied by dipping sauces provided by Chef Bonicelli. Then, you'll achieve the perfect sear on your seasonal, locally grown vegetables, bringing out their best-of-the-season flavor. And of course, you'll end it all with a festive summer dessert.
