This cooking class invites you to dive into the bold and vibrant flavors of Spanish cuisine. Chef Bonicelli will guide you step by step through a three-course menu that celebrates the essence of Spain.

Start with your choice of gazpacho, a refreshing chilled soup or crispy patatas bravas served with smoky aioli. Then, move on to crafting a hearty seafood paella brimming with shrimp, mussels and calamari. For dessert, indulge in golden churros paired with velvety chocolate dipping sauce. Chef Bonicelli’s engaging and approachable teaching style ensures a fun and enriching experience for all levels of cooks.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
