Create Italian dishes to add to your recipe repertoire
In this cooking class, you will learn how to create authentic Italian dishes. You’ll start by crafting a simple Italian salsa verde which you will pair with flavorsome pork chops. You’ll then assemble a mouthwatering salad with citrus, fennel and creamy ricotta and finish with a sweet Zabaglione — a custard dessert with wine and berries.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
