In this exciting cooking class, you’ll master the art of making pâte à choux, the essential French pastry dough used for a variety of sweet and savory treats. Chef Agnes will guide you step-by-step through the process of creating the perfect choux pastry, helping you manage the dough’s consistency and pipe it into beautiful shapes.
You’ll then move on to create three iconic French pastries: the Paris-Brest, a ring-shaped pastry filled with rich praline crème mousseline; éclairs, filled with creamy pastry cream and topped with a glossy chocolate glaze; and a stunning croquembouche, a tower of profiteroles bound together with caramel. By the end of this class, you’ll have the skills to create these impressive treats, perfect for any occasion.
