Chef Ash and Taruna will show you everything you need to know to create perfect curry.
Join Chef Taruna and discover how to build the perfect curry from the bottom up, including choosing spices, measuring them properly and learning when to incorporate them, because timing is an important part of the process.
Begin the hands-on class with classic coconut shrimp curry with onions and tomatoes and served with basmati rice pilaf and naan, one of the famous breads of India. Next, you'll learn how to make saag paneer — a traditional spinach and Indian cheese dish — and oven-roasted vegetables, including cauliflower, okra and potatoes.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
