Designed for all levels of home chefs, you'll learn how to prepare roasted cauliflower and creamy gruyère soup. Your main entrée is an authentic coq au vin with a side of potatoes au gratin. For dessert, indulge in a chocolate soufflé with chocolate sauce and chantilly cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
