Begin with a crisp fennel and citrus slaw dressed in a bright Champagne vinaigrette. Then, handcraft pappardelle from scratch and pair it with your choice of rich short rib or savory Italian sausage braised with red wine and mirepoix. For your seafood course, choose between grilled octopus or seared scallops enhanced with Calabrian chilis and green olives. End the experience on a zesty note with a refreshing limoncello tiramisu layered with whipped mascarpone and Meyer lemon.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
