From the crispy crunch of beer-battered fish to the sweet layers of strawberry shortcake, this hands-on cooking class serves up coastal comfort with a gourmet twist. Led by an expert chef, you’ll learn the secrets behind classic fish and chips with creamy coleslaw and tangy remoulade. Then, unwind with an icy Arnold Palmer as you bake a decadent strawberry shortcake with fluffy whipped cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
