In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Lula, you will learn how to prepare a larger-than-life three-course menu using fresh ingredients as well as recipes and cooking techniques that epitomize Texas cuisine.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to creating in this class include a mojito shrimp wedge salad with hickory-smoked bacon and homemade dressing, a Texas-sized cast iron steak featuring Chef Lula's signature seasoning blend and a nest of delicate tobacco onions, ranch-seasoned grilled asparagus, a decadent brown sugar Bourbon peach cobbler, and so much more!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
