Assemble a menu filled with memorable Old World favorites in a hands-on cooking class featuring the best of Italian dining. Follow step-by-step instruction from your talented instructor as you learn to prepare pork loin chops topped with fresh salsa verde, fennel and citrus salad, homemade focaccia bread and creamy zabaglione dessert.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
